SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTURE
I’ve predominantly worked on software solutions architecture with contracts as an HRIS consultant and RPA consultant. I have designed and built custom software tools and integrations ranging from small scripts that scrape housing data in order to determine if a housing shortage has occurred during a national disaster to full two-way data communications with multiple complex integrations that managed customer interactions and routing them appropriately.
FEMA DIRECT HOUSING MISSION
I worked on this project that was sponsored by FEMA for a class at the Colorado School of Mines. Working closely with FEMA, we discovered that there are often delays and confusion as to what constitutes a housing shortage after a natural disaster. I built a tool to scrape housing data from various rental websites over time to show housing shortages, moving trends, and combined housing data with flood data tools in order to predict likely areas that would be affected during natural disasters. The following heat maps are a result of the tools that we built.
HCM CONVERSION PROJECT PLAN
This project was done for a consulting job to determine and document client needs before moving to drafting a final RFP. They had a legacy HR system with 20 years of changing codes with no data uniformity, over 100 integrations that were largely undocumented, and a complex benefits system for legacy employees. They needed to redefine their base HR data structure to develop a robust system.
